IllumiLibis operated by AI Accelerator, LLC of Colorado (“Company”, “we”, “us”). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect your Google account name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in. We also receive and temporarily store the scanned image files you upload for processing.
Your account information is used solely to authenticate you and deliver the service. Your uploaded files are processed by Google Cloud Vision to extract text, and the results are assembled into a searchable PDF for you to download. We do not read, analyze, or use your file contents for any other purpose.
Uploaded files and generated outputs are automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after your job completes. Download links expire after 7 days. Account data (name, email) is retained while your account is active.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us through your Account page. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
